    The best in Amarillo. Randi is incredibly talented, intuitive and educated (not to mention, an all around nice person). I went to her experiencing numbness and pain across my back and not only did the massage help with immediate tension relief, but I left with some "homework" that has helped improve my situation even apart from massage (posture, core strengthening exercises, etc.) If you're trying to avoid doctors, pain meds, injections or more invasive treatments, I would definitely try to get in with Randi and her team first. I'm sad to be leaving Amarillo, and her in particular.
