  We were having my girlfriends AC worked on and unfortunately the part that Meineke needed was taking awhile to arrive. We asked if we could pay for our service and take the car as is and bring it back when the part arrived, and the store agreed. 24 hours later we come to pick up the car. We pay for the service ($906) and get the key. A mechanic walks in and tells us the dash is still ripped out and it would take 10 minutes to reinstall. We are irked, but no big deal, we wait. 30 minutes later we are told the car is ready to go. We walk out to the car and the windshield is cracked. To be clear the windshield was already cracked in some places, but 6 new cracks have appeared since we dropped the car off. The man from the front desk comes over and asks if everything is alright. We tell him about the new cracks in the windshield and he shrugs his shoulders and says that it was probably the head build up in the car and sarcastically comments, "What do you want me to do, buy you a new windshield?" and walks back in the store. I understand that the heat was more than likely the culprit of this new damage and nothing that was directly done by the staff, but the attitude and rudeness of this individual was uncalled for as we were being calm and courteous .
