  Really was getting back on the right track. To bad they now have an unprofessional, ghetto, regional manager that thinks she can speak to people however she wants. Lost 2 good employees within a few months of her taking over. Hope the company doesn't mind paying unemployment. You can't nor shouldn't fire people over high school drama. They should do more interviewing when hiring regional managers and speak to their current employees. Some general managers do not have the mental capacity, professionalism, nor education to understand the difference between a general manager role and a regional role. HR needs a refresh course in what is considered misconduct and retaliation. I have watched Jay in seminars and web videos he would be ashamed to know what went on in that region and still is. It for sure does not reflect his vision for this company.
